It was payday yesterday. Any fashion obsessed shopping addict knows what that means… time to blow your salary on new shoes, dresses, and Hello Kitty phone cases! I have a problem, I’ll admit it. My therapist Mom says admitting my addiction is the first step. The second step is to hide all credit cards.
Now that buying anything is out of the question, I’ve resolved to frequenting the internet–the place where dreams are born. And I birth dreams A LOT. Right now, I’m dreaming about this perfectly crisp white lace dress.
I’m having quite the predicament here. This winter has been so mild, I’ve been able to see the sun 3 days in a row this week. It’s almost like a tropical vacation compared to what I’m used to! (Must be global warming, or whatever)
I would love to bare leg it, like blogger Megan over here. Just throw on a breezy dress and an over sized sweater and forget about tights or socks. But… I don’t live in Cali, and it’s still technically winter for another month or so here.
Should I give my gams their moment in the sun? Will people judge me if I do? Do I even care?
I am jealous. So jealous of everything about That’s Chic’s latest blog post. The flowing white dress, the exposed toes, the sunshine… oh the sunshine! I’m making a mental note for myself: must replicate this outfit once my pale pasty skin sees the light of day. Just thought of another mental note: must shave legs. What? I get a little lazy during the winter!
