How do I enter the giveaway?
To enter the Love Fest Giveaway visit our Facebook page. If you do not already “like” our page you will automatically be taken to the giveaway entry form. If you’ve been a long time fan (thanks!) look to the tabs on the left. Click the tab labeled “Win Free DV Shoes!”

How are you choosing winners?
We are using a random number generator to come up with our list of winners.

I just saw that you announced 50 winners, is the giveaway over?
The giveaway runs throughout the whole month of February. We’re giving away 1000 pairs of shoes-you still have time!

Do I need to enter the giveaway every day?
You only need to enter once. Your entry will be valid the entire month—unless you win a pair of shoes! If you’re a winner, you’ll be removed from the list of potential winners.

How do I know if I win?
You can check our Facebook page each weekday to see if you’re one of our lucky winners. We’ll also be sending an email out to all of our winners within 48 hours of their selection.

Can I win more than one pair of shoes?
No, we’re spreading the love around… so winners can only win once.

How can I get additional entries?
You can get additional entries by using the “Invite Friends” tab on the giveaway. You will get an additional entry for each friend (that YOU invited) that enters our giveaway. So spread the word!

I’m a winner, whoo hoo! How long will it take to get my shoes?
We are shipping shoes out twice per week. All shoes will be going out FedEx Ground delivery. You can safely assume you’ll get your shoes within 7-10 business days.

I won shoes, yay! Do you have tracking information?
If you would like to see tracking info, please email kimthomas@dolcevita.com . Please note that we will respond to your email as soon as possible, but your patience is greatly appreciated. Our small team is quite busy running this epic giveaway this month!

If I won shoes and I don’t like them or they don’t fit, can I return or exchange them?
Unfortunately, because of the sheer size of this giveaway, we’re unable to accommodate returns or exchanges. Can you gift them to a friend? You’ll totally make her day!
